Challenges of 2018

Each year, the number of our partners and beneficiaries for which our company delivers, installs and does maintenance on the delivered products (multipurpose and fire rated metal doors, fire rated gates, or thermo-insulating panels) increases. This is due to our reputation built over the years, the large number of satisfied customers and the reinforcement of the fire safety regulations in Moldova. Another important part is played by the large number of projects with foreign investments which fire safety procedures are included by default at the design phase.

One of our biggest challenges in 2018 was the delivery of NINZ S.p.A. metallic multipurpose and fire rated doors which were used for the renovation of the building of the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova. Aside from the increased responsibility the company had towards the completion of the project itself, the quality of the delivered goods had to be of high standard as well.

Not only were the technical specifications of the fire resistant doors important but also the NDD – NINZ Digital Decor technology of our partners from NINZ S.p.A. helped. As requested, the fire resistant doors were painted in faux wood color similar to the other doors that had already been installed.

We really appreciate the assistance our partners from NINZ S.p.A. have provided. A wooden sample was sent to the Italian factory where our partners used the NDD technology to make the surface of the ordered door leaves the same color as the already existing ones.

It is important to remember that with the help of the NDD technology any picture that the customer holds the copyright of can be reproduced on the surface of the door leaf.

Swinging, sliding or telescopic fire rated doors and gates which are connected to the fire-protection units of the buildings, localize the flame, prevent the spread of fire on extended areas and help to extinguish it as soon as possible.

For the doors and gates to function in a proper way, manufacturers strongly recommend regular maintenance to be done. During the maintenance which is done 2-3 times per year, the doors are tested and adjusted by height. Hinges and dampers are lubricated and the door closing regulators are checked and adjusted.

If maintenance is done on time, any malfunction of the doors is likely to occur. Any intervention required until the next planned maintenance - is absolutely free.
